On November 5, Alfian Aditia and Bernadus J.S. Kambaly, Indonesian employees in the casting workshop of Huake Plant at the Weda Bay Pyrometallurgical Project Base, discovered severe loosening of the casting machine’s running wheel components during an inspection.
