On November 6, Huayou Cobalt and the University of Indonesia (UI) formally signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU). UI President Professor Hario R. led a delegation to Huayou’s headquarters and met with Chairman Chen Xuehua to discuss deepening university-industry collaboration. The two parties agreed to cooperate in talent development and technology R&D, with plans to establish a joint laboratory. Tsinghua SIGS (Shenzhen International Graduate School) also participated as a partner, with all three parties reaching consensus on joint research initiatives and talent cultivation. This collaboration will further advance Huayou’s localization efforts in Indonesia, injecting new momentum into local talent development and socioeconomic growth.
