On February 24, 2025, IPIP was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the job fair as part of the 65th anniversary celebration of Kolaka Regency. Together with the government, companies, and job seekers, the event aimed to promote job creation. During the event, the government announced a special recruitment partnership with IPIP, strengthening the project’s credibility through official support. The Head of the Department of Manpower and Immigration, H. Andi Pangoriseng, highly appreciated IPIP’s contribution to increasing employment opportunities and reducing the unemployment rate while emphasizing the importance of enhancing the skills of the local workforce. Regent Husmaluddin called on companies to provide more job opportunities for young people and invest more in skills training, aligning with IPIP’s talent development strategy. Through direct consultations and skill adjustments, the IPIP team successfully attracted many talents, contributing to the county’s development. Moving forward, IPIP will continue collaborating with the government and various stakeholders to bring new energy to Kolaka Regency and build a better future together.
