On May 28, the No. 802 New Employee Canteen at Huayou's Weda Bay Hydrometallurgical Project Base officially commenced operations. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by 116 participants, including leaders from the Nickel Industry Group, base management, and employee representatives.

The new canteen is able to meet various food needs, with a strict commitment to food safety and service improvement, aiming to create a comfortable interaction space for employees. Deng Yonggui, General Manager of the project site, expressed his hope that the canteen will become a place for recharging energy, a platform for cross-department communication, and a window into corporate culture.
