From October 6 to 10, Huayou Indonesia successfully held a campus career fair at Sorowako Polytechnic, attracting 113 participating students. After multiple rounds of screening, 69 graduates specializing in mechanical engineering, welding technology, and related fields were ultimately hired. This event marks a significant step in Huayou’s localization talent strategy, deepening university-industry collaboration for the second consecutive year, building an employment bridge for Indonesian youth, and supporting regional talent development and corporate growth.
