Tanggungjawab Pekerjaan :
• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide accurate information to guests and clients.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, documents).
• Maintain reception area neat and presentable.
• Maintain logbooks, records, and filing systems.
• Liaise with internal departments for guest handling.
Syarat Pekerjaan :
• Bachelor or Diploma degree in any major or field, preferably Administration or Hospitality.
• Graduates from China or Taiwan are preferred.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
