On March 25, the Pomalaa Industrial Park (IPIP) of Huayou Indonesia held a closing ceremony for the bilingual internship program conducted in collaboration with SMK MUDITA Singkawang, marking the successful completion of the phased practical training for 12 intern students. This program represents an important practice in deeply integrating local vocational education with industrial needs. The students engaged in hands-on work at frontline positions within the park, effectively translating classroom theory into workplace competencies. Both the school and the company highly commended the program's outcomes and the students' performance. This collaboration serves as a key initiative for Huayou Indonesia in advancing localized talent development and establishing a mechanism for supplying frontline skilled personnel.
