Recently, the first batch of 26 Indonesian metallurgical engineering master's students under the joint training program of Huayou Cobalt successfully completed a 12-week internship in China. The internship adopted an innovative model combining "headquarters learning + language training + base practice," covering corporate culture, Chinese language, and hands-on operational experience. A closing ceremony was held at the Quzhou facility. During the internship period, the students had already completed job placement interviews and are preparing to return to Indonesia to join Huayou's facilities there. This program represents a successful practice of tripartite collaboration between Chinese and Indonesian enterprises, government, and educational institutions in cultivating industry talent.
