Recently, the Weda Bay Pyrometallurgy Project Base held a discussion themed "Welcome, Empowerment, and Shared Success" for the 2025 management trainees. The event was attended by base leadership, department heads, and representatives of previous management trainee cohorts, along with more than 20 new trainees.
During the discussion, Zhang Chongchao, General Manager of the Base, introduced the company's culture and development plans. Previous cohorts of trainees also shared their experiences, detailing their journey from beginners to independent professionals.
The base leadership expressed their expectations for the management trainee program, including: Strengthening hands-on field practice, Developing a job rotation plan, Prioritizing safety training.
They also encouraged the new trainees to learn proactively and enhance their holistic thinking. The new trainees expressed their commitment to fully contributing to their work and supporting the company's high-quality development. Going forward, the Weda Bay Base will continue to strengthen young talent development, providing strong human resource support to achieve high-quality growth.
