From February 16 to 28, 2025, the Master’s Scholarship Program in Metallurgical Engineering, jointly established by Huayou Cobalt, Northeastern University of China, and the Indonesian Government, successfully held its third roadshow in Indonesia. The event visited six leading engineering universities in Indonesia, including Diponegoro University, Sumatra Institute of Technology, and Brawijaya University, attracting a total of 352 participants.
During the roadshow, Huayou representatives introduced the collaborative training model between industry, academia, and research, while also addressing students' questions using case studies from previous scholarship recipients. The deans of engineering faculties from various universities praised the program's contribution to developing talent in the field of metallurgy.
The success of this roadshow further proves the effectiveness of integrating industry and education. Moving forward, Huayou Indonesia will continue to refine its talent development system and open career pathways for Indonesian youth in the new energy industry technology sector.
