On August 29–30, the Overseas HR Department of Huayou Indonesia held the "HARMONY 2026 Employee Development and Capability Enhancement Training Camp" at Huafei Nickel Cobalt, with 60 young Indonesian campus-recruited employees from the 2023–2026 cohorts participating. The training camp focused on team integration, real frontline business scenarios, 6S management, problem identification, and innovative practices, guiding young employees to quickly transition from campus to their workplace roles. The event serves as a pilot for frontline development of campus-recruited talent. Going forward, it will continue to align training with business needs, forging a localized young talent team that understands the business and excels at collaboration.
