In July, a total of 134 bilingual interns from Indonesian vocational schools joined various Huayou Indonesia projects: IPIP welcomed 72 participants with an inaugural session on workplace fundamentals; Huayue received 50 participants through an "order class" program with a structured curriculum; and Huafei took in 12 participants for targeted placements in core departments. Huayou has integrated the "selection—training—internship—employment" pipeline to help young Indonesians transition smoothly from campus to the workplace, while strengthening the foundation of local talent.
