On September 3, the "Huayou-XCMG" Joint Construction Machinery Maintenance Technician Training Program held its graduation ceremony at the XCMG Global Learning Center. The first batch of trainees completed three months of customized training, mastering hands-on construction machinery maintenance skills and Indonesian language application for workplace scenarios, enabling them to start work immediately. Both parties presented certificates to outstanding trainees. A trainee representative stated that they are now able to troubleshoot independently and communicate in Indonesian. The program fills the talent gap at overseas bases for personnel who "understand maintenance and can communicate with local communities," and will be replicated to more overseas positions in the future.
