To deepen the cultivation of local talent, Huafei continues to promote a professional certification program for Indonesian employees. Since its launch in 2024, the program has covered 44 professional certifications across 10 categories, including environmental management and safety auditing. Over 500 local employees have enrolled to date. So far, 284 individuals have successfully passed the assessments and obtained professional qualification certificates issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower. This series of certification trainings aims to systematically enhance employees' professional knowledge and operational skills, laying a foundation for standardized operations and safety management. In the future, the company plans to further expand the scope of certifications to provide clearer career development paths for employees.
