On March 11, Huayou Indonesia Nickel Industry Group and XCMG Global Learning and Education Center signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Tongxiang headquarters. The two parties will deepen cooperation across four core areas: the construction of practical training bases in Indonesia, cooperation on automotive repair commissioned classes, the development of skill standards, and the assessment of skilled workers. XCMG will leverage its standardized systems and resource advantages in the vocational education sector, combined with Huayou's industrial presence and localized talent needs in Indonesia, to jointly build a skilled talent supply chain that integrates "theory, practice, language, and combined training and work." This partnership aims to continuously cultivate and supply high-quality skilled talent for Huayou Indonesia's operations and the local nickel industry chain.
