On May 17–18, Huayou Indonesia Nickel Industry Group and XCMG officially launched a skills standardization cooperation project. The partnership will focus on **10 common trades**, including electricians and welders, to establish a scientific, standardized, and field-aligned skill-level system. The project aims to resolve issues such as inconsistent evaluation standards and unclear career paths, strengthen localized talent training mechanisms, and support the high-quality development of Huayou Indonesia.
