Huayou Indonesia IPIP officially launched its first “Bilingual Talent” training program on April 18 in the IPIP area. The initiative marks a strategic step in advancing workforce localization and internationalization through improved Mandarin proficiency. A total of 103 Indonesian employees joined the first phase, selected based on recommendations and long-term commitment. The semi-intensive program includes monthly evaluations to ensure practical skill development. Management emphasized that bilingual capability is key to cross-cultural communication and high-quality industrial development. The program aims to cultivate talent proficient in language, technology, and culture, while strengthening Indonesia–China collaboration and the competitiveness of the IPIP area.
