Huayou Indonesia Nickel Industry Group officially partnered with SMK Negeri 2 Singkawang on April 17 to develop bilingual talent. The signing was witnessed by local and provincial government representatives and involved Huayou’s HR Center and PT Huayue Nickel Cobalt (Indonesia). The collaboration is part of a talent selection and development program through school visits and on-campus recruitment. The company has conducted outreach and initial student screening as a foundation for future programs. The partnership will focus on language training, internships, and job placement. Local authorities support the initiative to enhance youth competencies, expand employment opportunities, and better align vocational education with industry needs.
