To celebrate the 79th Indonesian Independence Day, PT Huayue Nickel Cobalt held a series of special events and a badge award ceremony from August 16 to 17.

On the afternoon of August 16, the celebration kicked off with a series of exciting traditional Indonesian fun competitions: a fashion show, balloon contest, cracker eating contest, milk bottle drinking contest, sack race, and tug-of-war. These events took place in sequence at the Huayue basketball court. The atmosphere was lively and full of cheers, with active participation from all departments, sharing joyful moments.

On the morning of August 17, Independence Day, a solemn flag-raising ceremony was held in front of the Huayue office building. Accompanied by the Indonesian national anthem Indonesia Raya the red and white flag was slowly hoisted.

“Good night!” On the evening of the 17th, Huang Shanyun, Huayue's Deputy Executive General Manager, gave a speech at the closing ceremony of the Indonesian Independence Day celebration and the badge award ceremony.

During the ceremony, the company recognized 50 outstanding employees who have been with the company for 3 to 5 years and awarded 29 employees for their excellence in 2024 within the IMIP Industrial Park.

Huayue successfully held the Indonesian Independence Day celebration and badge award ceremony, paying a solemn tribute to the history of Indonesia and serving as a powerful initiative to promote cultural exchange.
