From November 12 to 14, the HR team of the IPIP Industrial Park participated in the annual large-scale job fair in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi Province, attracting numerous job seekers from across the province for on-site consultations, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere at the booth.Ali Haswandi, Head of the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Labor Office, visited the booth and highly recognized IPIP’s contributions to promoting local employment and talent development.This job fair further strengthened the close connection between IPIP and regional development, providing a platform for recruiting outstanding local talent from Kolaka and surrounding areas. Moving forward, IPIP will continue optimizing local talent development pathways and work together with young people to drive industrial upgrading and regional economic progress.
