On January 20, 2025, the IPIP Zone signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Employee Recruitment Cooperation with the Kolaka Manpower Office, Indonesia, marking a new step in local workforce development. During the signing ceremony, the Head of the Kolaka Manpower Office, Andi Pangoriseng, and the Deputy General Manager of the Zone, Ning Jiancheng, represented both parties in formalizing the agreement. This initiative aims to meet labor demands for the region’s development while driving local economic growth. Manager Ning stated that the zone will continue to collaborate closely with the local government and communities to achieve mutually beneficial progress. Currently, employees from Kolaka make up over 80% of the Indonesian workforce in the area. At its peak, the total workforce in the zone is expected to exceed 10,000 employees. IPIP Zone remains committed to legal and responsible operations, fostering high-quality economic and social growth. It will continue strengthening cooperation between the government and enterprises to contribute to Indonesia’s societal progress.
