On January 24, the Human Resources Department of Huayou Indonesia, in collaboration with Quzhou College of Technology, conducted a pilot skill certification assessment for frontline workers in three specialties: electricians, fitters, and welders. A total of 20 candidates participated in theoretical exams, practical assessments, and psychological evaluations. After comprehensive evaluation, 3 individuals were certified as Intermediate Level 2, 9 as Intermediate Level 1, and 8 as Junior Level 2. This pilot initiative aims to standardize the selection criteria for skilled talents and strengthen the foundation of the frontline workforce, representing an active exploration by Huayou to refine mechanisms for the selection and cultivation of skilled personnel.
