On July 9, the 6th Work Trial Evaluation of Huayou Indonesia Nickel Industry Group was held at “Kunming Metallurgy and Industry Polytechnic”. The evaluation covered theoretical tests, hands-on practice, and professional assessments in the fields of electrical, automotive repair, and welding, with standards aligned to both national benchmarks and on-site needs in Indonesia. This polytechnic becomes the fourth vocational partner for Huayou, expanding its recruitment and training network. The activity aims to improve job placement and retention rates, while continuing to deepen school-enterprise cooperation to build a solid talent foundation.
