Over the past three years, Huayou Indonesia has achieved significant results in its collaboration with multiple Indonesian universities to cultivate local talent. This year, 23 Huayou Scholarship students from UGM, ITB, and PNUP successfully completed their studies and officially joined the company, taking on positions in production, engineering, and management at projects such as the IPIP Industrial Park and Huayue.To date, the scholarship program has supported a total of 53 Indonesian students. Through the integration of industry and education, this initiative continues to supply young talent to Indonesia’s new energy industry chain and stands as an important practice of China–Indonesia industrial cooperation and joint talent development.
