On May 27, Huayou Indonesia Nickel Industry Group and XCMG inaugurated a joint training base at the Pomalaa Industrial Park (IPIP). The two parties had previously signed a cooperation framework agreement and launched a skills standardization project in March. This inauguration marks a key step in transitioning from standardization to practical training. Going forward, both parties will integrate resources, develop curricula, and strengthen local skilled talent training systems to support the park's development.
