IPK Port Completes First 50,000 DWT Bulk Carrier Cargo Operation, Accelerating IPIP Park Construction

On June 21, the IPK Port at IPIP Park successfully completed its first cargo handling operation for a 50,000 DWT bulk carrier since commencing operations. The 190-meter-long "MV PINDOS" vessel, loaded with crushed stone, docked at the port, and four 40-ton portal cranes operated simultaneously for the first time using a new hopper process, completing the unloading in 83.26 hours. This operation validated the port's capability in handling large vessels and coordinating multiple equipment units, marking the beginning of regular 50,000 DWT bulk carrier operations at IPK Port, which will significantly enhance the park's logistics efficiency.
