On April 16, 2026, Huafei Nickel Cobalt held a discussion forum with 48 internship participants from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower program, coordinated by the Indonesia HR Department to gather young talents’ aspirations and improve the internship development system. During the forum, participants shared practical experiences, self-development challenges, and feedback related to career paths, permanent recruitment opportunities, workplace safety, training, and employee welfare. Indonesia HR Deputy Manager Margi Setiyono Erasotyo stated that the company would compile all feedback and enhance its internship programs, training systems, and occupational safety measures. Meanwhile, Deputy Manager Gau Tangke Lembang shared his career journey to encourage participants to continue learning, work diligently, and develop their capabilities to support both company growth and local talent development.
