IPIP Establishes Bipartite Cooperation Institution to Foster Harmonious Labor Relations

27 March 2025

On March 25, the Indonesia Pomalaa Industrial Park (IPIP) officially established its Bipartite Cooperation Institution (Bipartit), marking a new chapter in building constructive labor relations. The inauguration ceremony was attended by over 30 participants, including the Head of the Kolaka Regency Manpower Office and members of the park’s management team.

In full compliance with Indonesian labor law, the institution comprises 18 democratically elected representatives from both employees and management. It aims to serve as a communication bridge between labor and management, ensuring dialogue and collaboration on workplace matters.

The Head of the Manpower Office highly praised the initiative, noting that it will play a crucial role in preventing labor disputes and improving employee satisfaction. Mr. Ning Jiancheng, Deputy General Manager of the park, emphasized that the institution will help protect employee rights and strengthen organizational cohesion.

As a national strategic project of Indonesia, IPIP is committed to establishing regular communication mechanisms to promote mutual understanding in areas such as compensation systems and vocational training. The formation of the Bipartit institution injects new momentum into the park’s sustainable development and labor-management cooperation.
