At the beginning of the new year, Huayou Indonesia welcomed 121 young interns from the Indonesian National Internship Program. They will undertake six months of on-the-job practice at Huayue, Huafei, and the IPIP park. This program is a key initiative by the Indonesian government to promote youth employment. Huayou Indonesia has developed a systematic training plan for the interns, providing real industrial settings to support their career growth and deepen the cultivation of localized talent.
