Huayue recently held a ceremony concluding the third batch and launching the fourth batch of its department/section-level mentoring program. Since 2024, the program has selected 228 employees, with 118 confirmed for roles, including 28 section managers and 2 department managers. The fourth batch of 65 Indonesian employees has now entered the training phase. The company remains committed to developing local Indonesian talent skilled in both technology and management.
