On May 22, Huayou Indonesia signed a cooperation memorandum on engineering talent development with **SMK Negeri 1 Singosari** (Singosari 1 State Vocational High School). The partnership focuses on local skilled worker training, student internships, and local recruitment. The school is actively sending interns in heavy equipment and electrical fields that align with industrial needs. Huayou aims to strengthen industry-education integration and improve the "internship–training–hiring" mechanism.
