IPIP recently held two socialization sessions on labor contract management and BPJS employment and health insurance policies. The sessions were attended by over 40 representatives from 30 contractor companies. Instructors from the Kolaka Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office and BPJS provided policy briefings and case studies, aiming to enhance awareness of legal labor practices and employee rights protection. IPIP remains committed to continuously improving the park's employment environment and promoting standardized industrial relations.
