The Huafei Firefighting Team from PT Huafei Nickel Cobalt successfully handled two fire incidents in Lelilef Village on March 4 and 6. The first fire broke out in a forest area at around 8:20 PM and was extinguished in less than an hour in coordination with local authorities, preventing it from spreading to residential areas. Two days later, a house fire occurred at night. The team immediately activated emergency response procedures, carrying out firefighting, evacuation, and area control in a coordinated manner until the blaze was fully contained. Both incidents resulted in no casualties, with losses minimized, demonstrating the team’s readiness and vital role in protecting the surrounding community.
