On July 9, the School of Asian and African Studies of Xi'an International Studies University (XISU) visited Huayou's headquarters. The two parties reached consensus on targeted Indonesian language talent training, overseas internships, and industry-education integration. Huayou presented its industrial footprint and talent needs in Indonesia, while the university expressed its readiness to establish "flexible order classes" and customized curricula. Both parties will work together to cultivate versatile international talent proficient in language, familiar with the industry, and adaptable to overseas environments, jointly building a talent hub for the Belt and Road Initiative.
