Huayou Indonesia successfully held its first offline job fair along with a dedicated bilingual talent outreach session in Malang on April 11. The event is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen local talent development, focusing on scholarship programs, internships, and full-time recruitment. During the session, the HR team outlined business development, workforce needs, and career pathways, including scholarship support and training systems. Participants said the event helped them better understand job requirements and the importance of Mandarin proficiency and cross-cultural communication. Huayou also initiated cooperation with local Mandarin education institutions. The “offline + private community” recruitment model proved effective and will be replicated in other regions to strengthen the local talent pipeline.
