Early this year, 121 young participants of the Indonesian National Internship Program began their six-month practical training at Huayue, Huafei, and the IPIP Park. Various projects have recently held closing ceremonies: Huayue adopted a blended training model combining "hands-on practice + online courses + language interest classes"; Huafei held a closing ceremony for 39 participants; and IPIP organized a discussion forum. The program is a key initiative by the Indonesian government to promote youth employment. Through diverse training mechanisms, Huayou provides a development platform for young people, supports the building of a local talent pipeline, and achieves mutual growth between the company and its employees.
