On August 17 at 14:26, a forest fire broke out in Tambea Village near the IPIP Park. The fire brigade deployed 2 vehicles and 11 personnel, successfully extinguishing approximately 4,000 m² of fire within 50 minutes. Then on August 20 at 19:10, a bushfire erupted near residential areas in Sopura Village. Two vehicles and 12 personnel were deployed, containing and extinguishing the fire within 90 minutes with no damage to homes. Both operations were carried out quickly and professionally, earning appreciation from local police. These incidents demonstrate the park's emergency preparedness, rapid response capability, and sustained coordination with local communities in crisis management.
